February Adventures

We have enjoyed sledding with Bella and Sophie at Ya-Ya's house

 And we enjoyed an afternoon of ice fishing on the lake, thanks to the generosity of fellow fisherman, who drilled our hole.

Bribed with hot chocolate and snacks

 There was lots of wrestling and climbing

but no fish.

Snow castle!

In spite of the lack of snowfall, we managed to scrape enough snow off of our crust to build a tiny "castle".
Really, I was just absolutely stir crazy and needed an excuse to keep the boys outside.  And it successfully occupied all of us for a few hours.

What a miraculous gift you were, dear Brody.   Arriving 7 weeks early, smiling moments after birth, you are our miracle.  Your journey has been amazing, full of surprise and wonder through each year.
