more May fun

and even more pictures...

May 2008

May brough lots of fun adventures outdoors and indoors. Mommy's birthday gift (Brody is infatuated with our new riding mower), Logan's first playtime in the old exersaucer, Brody's first eye surgery (he was so very brave), and the tulips and daffodils finally bloomed. And Daddy built Brody his very own sandbox!

April - back home

After a wonderful whirlwind visit in Georgia, we finally have settled back at home. Our visit was an amazing time to reconnect with our old neighborhood family ( all Missy's mom's had a chance play with Brody, and Missy's closest neighborhood friend, Stacy, brought her son over for a playdate -what a trip!), one of Missy's best friends Shawna and her fella Chris, and all of our relatives. The wedding was beautiful (more pics to come), the flights were frightening for a mom with 2 babies, and we were all glad to come home. If you can't tell, we love to take pics in Brody's crib of the 2 boys together - I am continually amazed at how Logan is catching up to Brody (he is already wearing 12-18 month clothing). Now, whenever I place Logan in Brody's crib, Brody climbs up and squeals "cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese" , whether or not I have a camera!

April - more Georgia fun!

We continued our visit in Georgia with a visit to an animal preserve - ranch...go figure, Brody was most interested in the ducks and chickens (which we have at home in Maine). We did manage to eek out a visit with some dear Maine friends, George and Deb, who have since relocated to southern Tennessee...

March - Easter fun!

For Logan's first and Brody's second Easter, we were in Georgia preparing for Aunt Angie's wedding. So the boys celebrated Easter with their Southern cousins...and yes, Grandmommy required the matching outfits...
