Once upon a tree

 Each year we visit our good friends' tree farm up the road.

choosing just the right tree isn't easy

But, she chose us!

and an afternoon of hanging ornament, she's done.

Snow!

The first snowfall of the season arrived last night - a magical sight to behold.  Maybe it will get old in about 50 years or so....or maybe not!

Halloween!

We all had a marvelous time dressing up this Halloween.  Superhero was the theme, I think we were rather super.

 Duane surprised the boys by dressing as the Dark Knight....BATMAN!

 Logan was Captain America, from his undies to his socks and even shoes.  And of course his costume

 Batman and Iron Man Brody!
