I'm goin on a Tree Hunt...

Here is Brody preparing for the great Tree hunt...after 4 hours of tedious selection, we found a keeper. And Brody was able to enjoy his snowsuit for at least one day before he outgrew it...

Turkey Day

Hello all,

I have been a little remiss in keeping this updated, but here are some pics from last month. Brody loved seeing his cousins, aunts and uncles. We hosted 21 people at our place for Thanksgiving, and Brody completely enjoyed his first feast of mashed up turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes and green beans....yummy!

Trick or Treat

Brody's first Halloween was an adventure...we squeezed him into his costume (for which he will hold grudges well into adulthood), strapped him in and visited the townfolk. He was nodding off as soon as we hit the road, so it was a short-lived evening. While Brody may not remember his first Halloween, his parents will never forget our sweet pea!

Pumpkin Picking

We just brought Brody to the pumpkin patch yesterday...what a beautiful day, and pumpkins galore. After a quick wagon ride to the patch we found the perfect pumpkins...

The Beginning

It seems like yesterday when Duane and I were staying in Portland while Brody was under watchful care in the NICU. You've come a long way, baby!

Here are some shots from Brody at 6 months! He has a new friend - Sadie, just 12 weeks old. Brody really loves his sweet potatos, applesauce and bananas!!!

Our first try at blogging

Hello everyone,

A dear friend of ours has welcomed us to the blog-phenomenon. Hopefully family and friends can share in our lives through our posts and pictures, rather than an expensive trip up here to Maine.

We will do our best to post pictures of our baby Brody as often as possible, as he seems to change day by day, and hour by hour sometimes!

Now Brody is 5 months old, and in the 50% of his age...at birth he was only 5%! Grow, baby grow!

Here are our most recent photos...he has recently discovered his toes, mom's hair, and speech...although he has not discovered volume control...

Love from Maine!
