Snow castle!

In spite of the lack of snowfall, we managed to scrape enough snow off of our crust to build a tiny "castle".
Really, I was just absolutely stir crazy and needed an excuse to keep the boys outside.  And it successfully occupied all of us for a few hours.

What a miraculous gift you were, dear Brody.   Arriving 7 weeks early, smiling moments after birth, you are our miracle.  Your journey has been amazing, full of surprise and wonder through each year.

Brody and Logan celebrated their birthdays with their friends at our house this year.  

Transformers was the obvious choice.

Snow finally

We had a nice 6 inches of snowfall last night - the fluffy kind, so cold it's like zillions of ice crystals.

Farnesworth Pumpkin Festival

While attending a fall festival at the Farnesworth Museum in Rockland, we met the parents of one of my former flute students.  Marti happens to be an incredibly talented professional photographer, and also happened to be toting along her tools of the trade that day.  She kindly offered to take some pictures of my little men after having their faces painted...

Logan is 4!

He was a wailing mass of dark hair and fists, all 8 lb 14 oz of him, and I blinked.  He is still a wailing mass of dark hair and fists, but he is no longer 21 3/4 inches - now he is 43 inches, and 46 lb.   How did this happen so fast?

We enjoyed a quiet celebration at home.

Apparently mud was on the agenda...

Logan enjoyed his second party at preschool today, complete with friends, chocolate and Transformer decorations.
