Our Day Out With Thomas

We made our annual pilgrimage to Boothbay Railway museum.
Who's that puffing round the bend?
We spent most of the day on the bouncy house/slide, as would most preschoolers.
Ladies first, as princess-ballerina Korsen gracefully slides.
Awaiting the train ride  with good friends David and Korsen
And their mommies and little sibs Seren and Jack
Checking out the goats with Daddy
And another shot of momma-friends

summer home

for those of you wondering, this is where I spend the majority of our summer.  At the camp office!
How can one boy get so entirely filthy? Just ask Logan...

He seems quite proud of his filth.

oh my, love me some pie!

This is my absolute all-timefavorite summertime treat - fresh Maine blueberry pie, with freshly whipped cream.  This one turned out especially nice, if I do say so myself...

Day out with Thomas

Many, many exciting things have occurred over our summer.  Family visits, pooltime, lots of gardening (and pickling -ugh), and most recently, our Day Out with Thomas.  I have more pics to share soon, but these below are courtesy of my dear friend Elizabeth.

Logan, Brody, Elizabeth's eldest son, David, and Kaelen's eldest daughter, ballerina/princess Korsen
Myself, Elizabeth, and Kaelen.  Thank you ladies, for sharing your families and such a wondrous day with us!
