November

Welcome to cold season in the Vigue house. Brody was housebound with 6 weeks and 3 varieties of colds! Finally a healthy tot again, he is ready for the holiday season...especially with an early snowstorm to blanket our world in white!

October 2007

Our little stinker had a blast meeting all of the Mayfield babies in Nashville. The whole family traveled to Nashville to attend the wedding reception of Missy's college roommate, Alex, who kindly provided a perfect opportunity for the whole Mayfield to reunite!

Additionally, Brody enjoyed his adventure to Dragon Park and Belle Meade Plantation in Nashville, romping about with the Mayfielditos and sampling his first candy.

Halloween in Maine was a quiet, but successful affair - visits with our neighbors, and quite a stash of candy (for Dad).

August

August means life slows down to a manageable pace, with warm days for playing in water, and most of the mosquitos have left...

September

In September, we were showered with friends and apples! Our good gal pals from out West , Rona, Joelle, Deb, and Cheryl, finessed Brody's dancing techniques and taught him the fine art of wrestling .... thanks Deb.

July

July means a visit with Grandmommy! We spent a fun day in Camden , watching the schooners and sailboats drift in and out of the harbor...

June

June is Missy's busy month, and Brody's favorite! He makes about 300 friends within a few weeks at Mom's camp, and he has a wonderful time when his Aunt Angie visits!

May

May brought our first family vacation, with mom and dad, and sister Sarah and her boyfriend Ben. Nine glorious days in St. Pete, FL, with a chance to meet mom's best bud Flori, hubby Paul and their daughter Miriam!

April Showers

April is in the midst of Maine's 5th season - mud season - a perfect day for ducklings..

March

March was still a rather snowy month, so we continued to hibernate indoors...except for one outing on Dad's tractor....the beginning of a lifelong love, to be sure...

Catching up

Hi Everyone,

After almost a year since our last post, I will try to do a bit of catching up on our second year of life with Brody...

Birthday Boy

We're a little late in posting pics, but Brody's first birthday bash was a hit. Lots of mom and dad's friends, and just a few little ones attended. Pooh-isms were abundant, as were snacks and treats. Brody now has a smashing new wardrobe, and some nifty new toys.

Dreaming of a White Christmas

Well, we had quite the travels over the holiday. Brody, mom, dad, dog and puppy made a 24 hour road trip to Georgia (yes, 24 hours each way) for the Christmas holiday. We saw friends, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandmothers, but were very glad to return to our little nest in Maine. Santa definitely found this little boy - he was quite pleased with a small piece of wrapping paper, then was more interested in pulling up to standing on the coffee tables and sofas than opening gifts. Lots of construction toys, everything requiring batteries (we should own stock in Duracell by now), and loads of grins completed our Christmas. Hope everyone else's was just as merry!
